A comprehensive commentary on an-Nawawi's Minhaj at-Talibin, and one of the most relied-upon references in Shafi'i jurisprudence. Ash-Shirbini's clear prose and thorough analysis make it the preferred commentary for many scholars, alongside Tuhfat al-Muhtaj by Ibn Hajar al-Haytami.
