حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ - عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّ

بِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ " أَصَلَّيْتَ يَا فُلاَنُ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " قُمْ فَارْكَعْ " .

English Translation
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man came (to the mosque) while the Prophet ﷺ was giving the (Friday) sermon. He asked: Did you pray, so-and-so? He replied: No. He (ﷺ) said: Stand and pray
