حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، أَخْبَ
Body (Matn)
رَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " .

English Translation
Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband
