Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ
Body (Matn)
عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلأُ " .
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Excess water should not be withheld so as to prevent (cattle) by it from grass
