حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّ

بِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلاَثًا وَقَالَ " هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ " .
