Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ
Body (Matn)
، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَأْكُلُ الْبِطِّيخَ بِالرُّطَبِ فَيَقُولُ " نَكْسِرُ حَرَّ هَذَا بِبَرْدِ هَذَا وَبَرْدَ هَذَا بِحَرِّ هَذَا " .
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to eat melon with fresh dates, and he used to say: The heat of the one is broken by the coolness of the other, and the coolness of the one by the heat of the other
