Hadith #9

Arabic Text

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم احْتَجَمَ عَلَى وَرِكِهِ مِنْ وَثْءٍ كَانَ بِهِ ‏.‏

English Translation

Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had himself cupped above the thigh for a contusion from which he suffered
