يدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ { وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا } قَالَ مَا نَسَخَهَا شَىْءٌ .
