حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَ

نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ لَتَمْخُرَنَّ الرُّومُ الشَّامَ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا لاَ يَمْتَنِعُ مِنْهَا إِلاَّ دِمَشْقُ وَعَمَّانُ .

English Translation
Makhul (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Romans will enter the Levant and stay there for forty days, and no place will be saved from them but Damascus and 'Uman
