حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الشَّ

يْبَانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَيْمُونَةَ، كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُبَاشِرَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَائِهِ أَمَرَهَا فَاتَّزَرَتْ وَهْىَ حَائِضٌ. وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ.

English Translation
Maimuna (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that when ever Allah's Messenger ﷺ wanted to fondle any of his wives during the periods (menses), he used to ask her to wear an Izar
