Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi)
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ
، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مِقْسَمًا، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ {لاَ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} عَنْ بَدْرٍ، وَالْخَارِجُونَ، إِلَى بَدْرٍ.

English Translation
Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the believers who failed to join the Ghazwa of Badr and those who took part in it are not equal (in reward)
