Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi)

Arabic Text

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، أَنَّ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، وَكَانَ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِمَّنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ أَنَّهُ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

English Translation

Mahmud bin Ar-Rabi (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that that `Itban bin Malik who was one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ and one of the warriors of Badr, came to Allah's Messenger ﷺ
