English Translation

And that 'Abdullah narrated to him that the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, used to dismount beneath a large samura tree before al-Ruwaythah, to the right of the road, facing the road, in a flat and level clearing, until he would pass by a small hill two miles short of the postal station of al-Ruwaythah. The top of the tree had broken and bent back into its hollow, while it still stood upon its trunk, and in its trunk were many hollows.
