Oaths and Vows

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى رَجُلاً يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ بِزِمَامٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ، فَقَطَعَهُ.
English Translation
Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ saw a man performing Tawaf around the Ka`ba, tied with a rope or something else (while another person was holding him). the Prophet ﷺ cut that rope off
