حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ، ب

َرِيرَةَ فَاشْتَرَطُوا عَلَيْهَا الْوَلاَءَ، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " اشْتَرِيهَا إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ ".
