وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَحْمَدَ "اِقْطَعُوا فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ, وَلَا تَقْطَعُوا فِيمَا هُوَ أَدْنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ" 1‏‏1 ‏- المسند (6.‏

English Translation

In a version by Ahmad, "Cut off a thief's hand for a quarter of Dinar, and do not cut it off for what is less than that."
