Chain of Narration (Isnad)
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ. وَ

النَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ: إِسْنَادُ جَيِّد ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1712 )، وأبو داود ( 3608 )، والنسائي في "الكبرى" ( 3 / 490 ) من طريق قيس بن سعد، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس؛ به. وقد أعل الحديث بما لا يقدح كما هو مبين في "الأصل" .

English Translation
Ibn 'Abbas (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ ruled on the basis of an oath and a single witness. .
