Chain of Narration (Isnad)
وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ , وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَد
Body (Matn)
ُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ 11 - حسن . رواه أحمد (3/434) ، وأبو داود (4490) ، وإذا كان الحافظ ضعفه هنا ، فقد قال في "التلخيص" (4/78) : "لا بأس بإسناده" .

English Translation
Hakim bin Hizam (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: "Neither the prescribed punishment nor retaliations should be executed inside the mosque." .
