Chain of Narration (Isnad)
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { نَفْسُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِ مُعَلَّقَةٌ بِدَيْنِهِ, حَتَّى يُقْضَى عَنْهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, و
Body (Matn)
َاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَحَسَّنَهُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أحمد (2/440 و 475 و 508)، والترمذي (1078) و (1079)، وقال الترمذي: "هذا حديث حسن". قلت: هو صحيح؛ إذ له شواهد عن أربعة من الصحابة ذكرتها "بالأصل".

English Translation
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A believer‘s soul remains suspended according to his debt until it is settled or paid off on his behalf". Related by Ahmad and At-Tirmidhi.
