Arabic Text

وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَسَمَّى اَلضَّارِبَةَ عَائِشَةَ, وَزَادَ: فَقَالَ اَلنَّبِيُّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ طَعَامٌ بِطَعَامٍ, وَإِنَاءٌ بِإِنَاءٍ } وَصَحَّحَهُ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه الترمذي ( 1359 )‏، وقال: " حديث حسن صحيح ".‏

English Translation

at-Tirmidhi named the one who broke it as 'Aishah (RA) and added: the Prophet ﷺ then said, "Food for food, and a vessel for a vessel." .
