Chain of Narration (Isnad)
وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ اَلْجَارُو

دِ 1 .1 - حديث صحيح. بما له من شواهد كما تقد م رقم ( 897 و 898 )، وإن رواه أبو داود ( 3077 )، وابن الجارود ( 1015 ) بسند ضعيف.

English Translation
Samurah bin Jundub (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: "If anyone puts a wall around a (barren) land, it belongs to him." .
