وَعَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { لَا يَرِثُ اَلْمُسْلِمُ اَلْكَافِرَ, وَلَا يَرِثُ اَلْك

َافِرُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 11 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (6764 ) ، ومسلم (1614) . رواه البخاري (4283) بلفظ "المؤمن" بدل " المسلم" في الموضعين.

English Translation
Usamah bin Zaid (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: "A Muslim does not inherit from an infidel and an infidel does not inherit from a Muslim." .
