Chain of Narration (Isnad)
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ
Body (Matn)
قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَيْسَ لِلْقَاتِلِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْءٌ } رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ , وَاَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ , وَقَوَّاهُ اِبْنُ عَبْدِ اَلْبَرِّ , وَأَعَلَّهُ النَّسَائِيُّ , وَالصَّوَابُ: وَقْفُهُ عَلَى عُمَرَ 1 .1 - صححه شيخنا - حفظه الله - في " الإرواء " رقم ( 1671 ).
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: "One who kills a man cannot inherit anything from him." .
