وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه و
سلم -{ لَا تَلَقَّوا اَلْجَلَبَ، فَمَنْ تُلُقِّيَ فَاشْتُرِيَ مِنْهُ, فَإِذَا أَتَى سَيِّدُهُ اَلسُّوقَ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ } . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1519 ). والجلب: هو ما يجلب للبيع و " سيده " هو مالك المجلوب، ومعناه إذا جاء صاحب المتاع إلى السوق، وعرف السعر، فله الخيار في الاسترداد.

English Translation
Abu Hurairah (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said: "Do not go out to meet what is being brought (to market for sale). Whoever has done so and bought some of it, when its owner comes to the market he has the choice (of canceling the deal)." .
