Arabic Text

وَلِمُسْلِمٍ: { رَخَّصَ فِي اَلْعَرِيَّةِ يَأْخُذُهَا أَهْلُ اَلْبَيْتِ بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا، يَأْكُلُونَهَا رُطَبًا } 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- مسلم ( 1539 )‏ ( 61 )‏.‏

English Translation

Muslim has: "He gave permission regarding al-'Araya (for its sale) in which the household buys its fruit on the basis of a calculation (of what the dates would be when dry), yet they could eat them fresh (from the tree).
