Arabic Text

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ , عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ أَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ , وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح .‏ رواه البخاري ( 5086 )‏ ، ومسلم ( 2 / 1045 / رقم 85 )‏.‏

English Translation

Anas (RA) (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ set Safiyah (RA) free, and made her freedom her dowry. .
