وَثَبَتَ نَفْيُ اَلنَّفَقَةِ فِي حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.‏ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه مسلم (1480)‏ وفيه: "ليس لك عليه نفقة".‏ وتقدم برقم (1004)‏.‏

English Translation

It was established that no maintenance is due (to a woman who was divorced with three pronouncements) in the Hadith of Fatimah (RA) daughter of Qais, which has preceded. .
