أَخْبَرَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِي ، ع

َنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" اذْهَبْ، فَانْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا، فَإِنَّهُ أَجْدَرُ أَنْ يُؤْدَمَ بَيْنَكُمَا "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best of women is one who when you look at her she pleases you, when you command her she obeys you, and when you are absent she guards herself and your wealth.'
