English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is void, her marriage is void, her marriage is void. And if he has consummated the marriage with her, then she is entitled to the mahr for what he has made permissible for himself. And if they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian.'
