أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَونٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَا
Body (Matn)
رٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُقَادُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Prescribed punishments (hudud) are not applied in mosques, and a parent shall not be executed in retaliation for killing his child.'
