أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَ

بِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالسَّائِمَةُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'A mine is uncompensated, a grazing animal (sa'imah) is uncompensated, a well is uncompensated, and in buried treasure is one-fifth.'
