أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ ، ع

َنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لِيَلِيَنِّي مِنْكُمْ أُولُو الْأَحْلَامِ وَالنُّهَى، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ. وَلَا تَخْتَلِفُوا فَتَخْتَلِفَ قُلُوبُكُمْ. وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَهَوْشَاتِ الْأَسْوَاقِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Abdullah ibn Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah  ﷺ said: 'Let those of maturity and understanding stand nearest to me, then those next to them, then those next to them. Beware of the noise of the market place.'
