It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Your Prophet ﷺ was commanded to prostrate on seven bones: the forehead — and he pointed to his nose with his hand — the two hands, the two knees, and the tips of the feet, and not to restrain the garment and hair.'
