English Translation
It was narrated from Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Dhuhr with them. A man was behind him reciting Sabbih isma Rabbik al-A'la. When the prayer ended, the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Who was reciting Quran among you?' A man said: 'It was I.' He said: 'I thought some of you were competing with me in it.'
