Hadith #711
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ
عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا حَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا إِلَّا مَرَابِضَ الْغَنَمِ، وَأَعْطَانَ الْإِبِلِ، فَصَلُّوا فِي مَرَابِضِ الْغَنَمِ، وَلَا تُصَلُّوا فِي أَعْطَانِ الْإِبِلِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If the time of prayer comes and you find only a sheepfold, pray there. If the time of prayer comes and you find only a camel pen, purify yourselves and pray there.'
