Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَ
ةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" الْمُتَعَجِّلُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَالْمُهْدِي جَزُورًا، ثُمَّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ كَالْمُهْدِي بَقَرَةً، ثُمَّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ كَالْمُهْدِي شَاةً، فَإِذَا جَلَسَ الْإِمَامُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، طُوِيَتْ الصُّحُفُ، وَجَلَسُوا يَسْتَمِعُونَ الذِّكْرَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one who goes early to Friday prayer is like one who offers a camel; then the next one is like one who offers a cow; then one who offers a horned ram; then a chicken; then an egg.'
