أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ هُوَ : ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَن

َّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّ الصِّحَّةَ وَالْفَرَاغَ نِعْمَتَانِ مِنْ نِعَمِ اللَّهِ، مَغْبُونٌ فِيهِمَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ☯ said: "Good health and free time are two blessings of Allah of which many people are heedless."
