حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَ

ثَ الْحُدَّانِيِّ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" فَضْلُ كَلَامِ اللَّهِ عَلَى كَلَامِ خَلْقِهِ، كَفَضْلِ اللَّهِ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Shahr ibn Hawshab in a mursal chain that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The superiority of the speech of Allah over the speech of His creation is like the superiority of Allah over His creation."
