Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ الْمِسْمَارِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ مَوْلَى الْحُرَقَةِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
:" إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى قَرَأَ طه ، وَيس قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِأَلْفِ عَامٍ، فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ الْقُرْآنَ، قَالَتْ : طُوبَى لِأُمَّةٍ يَنْزِلُ هَذَا عَلَيْهَا، وَطُوبَى لِأَجْوَافٍ تَحْمِلُ هَذَا، وَطُوبَى لِأَلْسِنَةٍ تَتَكَلَّمُ بِهَذَا "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah the Blessed and Exalted recited Ta-Ha and Ya-Sin a thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. When the angels heard the Quran they said: 'Blessed be the ummah upon whom this will be revealed, blessed be the hearts that carry it, and blessed be the tongues that speak it.'"
