حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ مَعْنٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَنَّهُ كَانَ " يَقْرَأُ الْمُسَبِّحَاتِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ، وَيَقُولُ :" إِنَّ فِيهِنَّ آيَةً تَعْدِلُ أَلْفَ آيَةٍ "
English Translation
It was narrated from Khalid ibn Ma'dan in a mursal chain that the Prophet ﷺ "used to recite the Musabbihat (the surahs beginning with glorification of Allah) before sleeping, and would say: 'Among them is a verse that is equivalent to a thousand verses.'"
