أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَ
Body (Matn)
بِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ ، قَالَ : " بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ ،فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ الثِّمَارِ مَا يُسْقَى بَعْلًا الْعُشْرَ، وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ، فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Muadh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me to Yemen and ordered me to take from produce that is irrigated by rain the tenth (ushr), and from what is irrigated by watering devices, half of the tenth (nisf al-ushr).'
