Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الرَّائِحِ بِنْتِ صُلَيْعٍ ، عَنْ
سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ ، ذَكَرَ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " إِنَّالصَّدَقَةَ عَلَى الْمِسْكِينِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِنَّهَا عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ اثْنَتَانِ، صَدَقَةٌ وَصِلَةٌ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Salman ibn Amir al-Dabbi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Giving charity to a poor person is one act of charity, but giving it to a relative counts as two — charity and maintaining ties of kinship.'
