حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ ، وسَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُمَ

رَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتَّةً مِنْ شَوَّالٍ، فَذَلِكَ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal, that is equivalent to fasting throughout the year.'
