Hadith #1105
Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَن
َّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، تَقُولُ :" طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِحُرْمِهِ، وَطَيَّبْتُهُ بِمِنًى قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman from the tribe of Khath'am asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, the obligation of Allah upon His servants to perform Hajj has come to my father when he is very old and cannot stay firm on a mount. May I perform Hajj on his behalf?' He said: 'Yes.'
