Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ خَطَبَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ أَمِيرُ الْمَوْسِمِ ، فَقَالَ أَبَانُ : لَا أُرَاهُ إِلا عِرَاقِيًّا جَافِيًا، " إ
ِنَّالْمُحْرِمَ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ ". أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ عُثْمَانُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ي instructed regarding a man who had fallen from his mount and died: 'Wash him with water and lotus leaves, shroud him in his two garments, and do not cover his head and do not apply perfume to him, for he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.'
