Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَ
بَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" رُخِّصَ لِلْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَنْفِرَ إِذَا أَفَاضَتْ ". قَالَ : وَسَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَامَ أَوَّلَ : أَنَّهَا لَا تَنْفِرُ، ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ، يَقُولُ : تَنْفِرُ، إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ي said in his farewell sermon: 'O people, what land is this? What month is this? What day is this?' They said: 'Sacred land, sacred month, sacred day.' He said: 'Verily your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you as the sacredness of this day, this month, and this land, until you meet your Lord.'
