أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْم

َنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، وَرَأَى عَلَيْهِ وَضَرًا مِنْ صُفْرَةٍ : " مَهْيَمْ؟ " قَالَ : تَزَوَّجْتُ، قَالَ :" أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said to Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf when he saw traces of yellow on him: 'What is this?' He said: I have married. He said: 'Give a wedding feast even if only with a sheep.'
