أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ رَسُو

لِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ، فَلْيُشَقِّصْ الْخَنَازِيرَ ". قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : إِنَّمَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Mughirah ibn Shubah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever sells wine should slash the pigs, for Allah has not authorized their selling.'
