Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ مَرْوَانَ فَجَاءَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ : قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي
لَا أَرْوَى مِنْ نَفَسٍ وَاحِدٍ؟ قَالَ :" فَأَبِنْ الْإِنَاءَ عَنْ فِيكَ، ثُمَّ تَنَفَّسْ ". قَالَ : إِنِّي أَرَى الْقَذَاةَ؟ قَالَ : " أَهْرِقْهُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Said al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said: O Messenger of Allah, I cannot be satisfied from one breath. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Then remove the vessel from your mouth and then breathe. If you see something unpleasant in it, pour it out.'
