أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِد
Body (Matn)
ِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَبَنٍ، فَقَالَ :" أَلَا خَمَّرْتَهُ وَلَوْ تَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِ عُودًا؟ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Humayd al-Saidi (may Allah be pleased with him) that he brought milk to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from Naqi. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Why did you not cover it, even if only with a stick?'
